It was wonderful meeting Baltimore County Public School Superintendent Dr. Joe Hairston and his staff on the day
they kicked off the journey to ISO 9001:2000 Registration. Their success resulted in the creation of the accountability
necessary for improvement through implementation of ISO 9001:2000.
